Bring It On!

It is time for our new challenge over at the Li'l Patch of Crafty Friends.  Our challenges are always anything goes, so it is so easy to play along.  We have a long list of awesome sponsors, so why not play along for a chance to win!

For this challenge I used Snowman - Bring It On from The Stamping Boutique.  He and his little bird friend are ready for winter!  They were colored With Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette.  The shovels, hat buckles and buttons all have silver Wink of Stella.  The snowflakes and blobs of snow have some clear Wink of Stella for some snowy sparkle.

We have three fabulous sponsors this week.  You can click each badge and shop to your heart's content.

Tag! You're It!

Hello!  Welcome back to the Creative Knockouts challenge!  This week our challenge for you is to make a tag.  It can be anything you want, as long as it is a tag.

I used Back to School Book Bag from The Stamping Boutique for my tag.  I printed it about 4" high and made it the tag.  It was colored with Copic markers and cut using the Silhouette Cameo.  I also cut a back for it from patterned card stock.  I forgot to take a picture of it though!  I didn't forget to take a picture of a surprise though!  This tag has a message!

I used a craft knife to cut the flaps of the backpack open and printed a sentiment from the Silhouette store.  I also cut a middle layer so the backpack would have a blue lining.  I finished the tag with some fun fibers and the perfect scrap of ribbon I had laying around in my scrap bin!  I was so excited when I saw it!  I don't even know where it came from. =P

Our fabulous sponsor this week is The Stamping Boutique which also has Glitterbabe designs.  So you have the ability to choose from either line if you win.  So pop on over to the shop by clicking the badges below to check it out for yourself.

Fairy Thoughts

Hello!  Welcome back to another Li'l Patch of Crafty Friends challenge.  Our challenges are anything goes, so pop into that crafty space and give the challenge a go!

I have used Hidden Fairy from The Stamping Boutique for my project this week.  She was colored with Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette.  Once I started using the blue markers, I wasn't sure I would find any paper in my stash to match.  Considering my stash, I guess I shouldn't have worried.  I found the perfect color scraps and got a few more out of my scrap basket.  I have been a fan of The Stamping Boutique for many years.  I love the twinkles that Tracey adds to her designs.  You can always tell them a mile away!  I didn't have a flower to match my bold blue, so I colored a white rose with my Copic marker and spritzed it with blending fluid.  And there you have it: a matching rose!

Our sponsors this week have been so wonderfully generous.  Wait until you see the prizes in store for you!  You can click each badge below to do a little shopping and wish list making.

Oh Dang...

Hello!  It is time for another challenge at the Crafty Gals Corner.  This challenge is everyone's favorite, Anything Goes!  We have some great sponsors so why not join us this week.

For this project I used Beeper from The Stamping Boutique.  I also had some Freckled Fawn products I needed to use because they are sponsoring the challenge as well.  One of the products was a pack of word wood chips.  None of the words really fit this little guy.  Until I saw another stamp set I had sitting near my work space!  I paired the 'oh' from Freckled Fawn with the 'dang' from Paper Smooches. =)  I thought this would make a great 'sorry (enter reason here)' card. I also used Freckled Fawn washi tape to create my polka dot background as well as some enamel dots.

We have three lovely and generous sponsors this week.  Pop on over to each shop by clicking the respective badges below.

Silly Owl!

Welcome back to another challenge at the Crafty Gals Corner.  This week's theme is Flourishes and/or Ribbon.  I decided to use both on my project because I love both bling and ribbons.

I colored The Owl's Silly Costume from The Stamping Boutique with Copic markers.  This stamp just made me smile when I saw it!  I used a bling flourish and some vintage velvet ribbon that I have had in my stash for SO long.  I colored her bracelets with gold Wink of Stella, but it was so hard to get in the picture.

We have two fabulous sponsors this week.
