Winter Wishes

Hello everyone!  Welcome back to another challenge at the Crafty Gals Corner.  This week is another anything goes challenge as all of the challenges this month are anything goes.  Keeps it simple during these hectic holidays.

I used Bear in Scarf from Eureka stamps for this card.  He was colored with Copic markers.  If digital stamps are not your thing, he also comes in rubber. =)  I made a little scene for him using some landscape dies and a digital paper scrap.  The paper is from Nitwit Collections' Winter Wishes bundle.  It is one of my favorite winter papers.  You might have noticed it on a few other projects. =)  The sentiment was cut using my Silhouette Cameo.  I love that you can cut any font on your computer.  This is the font Honey Script and I love it because it looks a lot like the Tim Holtz word dies. Some of the letters don't connect though, so it was a little fiddly to lay down because of the size.

I popped up the two hills in the front using fun foam.  It is the perfect thickness and makes it easier to pop up large pieces like the hills.

Our sponsor is Eureka Stamps, and you have the chance to win three digital images from the shop.  Click the badge below to check them out.

I hope you can take the time out of your holiday schedule to come play with us!

Inkspirational Challenges has the word prompt "flake" this week.  This bear is going to go throw a few snowballs and show off his flakes in that challenge.

Cut It Up has a Brrrrr...Winter! challenge.  This bear isn't afraid of the cold and he is going to visit the challenge.

Whimsy Stamps has a winter challenge.  This bear loves winter and he is going to go play in the snow in that challenge.

Crafty Cardmakers and More has a Snow challenge.  This bear wants to throw around a few snowballs and play in the snow in that challenge.

Shopping Our Stash has a Let It Snow challenge.  This bear loves snow and he is going to visit the challenge and play.

I love Honey Script, too! It has a pretty, casual feel and it cuts really nice. Your card is adorable. Those wavy dies look really versatile. I love the gleam in that polar bear's eyes! I wonder who he's going to throw his snowball at!

Anyway, thanks for joining us at Cut it Up for our BRRRR! Winter! challenge!
