Winter Wonderland

 This week at Creative Knockouts, our challenge is Winter Wonderland.  I was able to choose an image from my  stash to work with this week.  I was on the Meljen's Designs team for a long time and decided to pull out one of those images to work with.  Sadly, the shop is closed now, but I still love her images.

This is Marshmallow Snowman from Meljen's Designs.  I just love that smile!  He was colored with Copics and cut out using the Silhouette Cameo.

Inside Job

This week at Creative Knockouts, our challenge to you is to finish the inside of your card.  I almost never finish the inside of my card when I first make them.  I usually wait to see what I am going to use it for.  So this was a challenge for me.

I used Cupcake Mouse from Mo Manning for my project.  He was colored with Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette cameo.  He has some silver Wink of Stella on the stars of his cupcake for a little extra shimmer.

For the inside, I repeated the image but just in black and white.  I also repeated the silver Wink of Stella.  I used some of the papers from the front and a glittery star to finish.

Christmas Delight

This week at Creative Knockouts, out theme is Christmas Delight.  We want to see your Christmas spirit!

This is Christmas Attire from Saturated Canary.  Unfortunately, the Saturated Canary shop is closed now, but you can still find a few images available in Krista's shop on Etsy.  I colored this sweet angel with Copic markers and cut her out using the Silhouette cameo.  The ornaments have gold Wink of Stella for a little shimmer.  I cut the holly leaves and ornament using Spellbinders dies from the November 18 club kit.  The striped paper is from the Carta Bella Christmas Day collection available digitally on Snap Click Supply.

Monster Birthday

This is Valentine's Monster Love - 1 by Drawn by Krista.  I merged the three adorable monsters together to create this image.  I used the Silhouette software to detach them from the background and layered them together.  This is another birthday card that will get added to the stash.  Although, I am pretty sure I know which co-worker will be receiving this one. =P

Autumn Magic

This week at the Creative Knockouts our theme is Autumn.  I love fall and while I don't get the colors here in the south, we do get cooler weather.  Unfortunately, summer has been hanging on and I just keep waiting for fall!  To pass the time and help me look forward to those cooler temperatures, I will have to keep making fall projects!

Spring Has Sprung!

Hello everyone.  Welcome back to the Creative Knockouts for another challenge.  This week's theme is Spring Is On It's Way.  In a few days, it will officially be spring.  Does it feel like spring in your neck of the woods?  Here in the Florida panhandle, we have definitely had beautiful spring days.

As You Like It has a favorite embossing and why challenge.  I love dry embossing because it adds so much texture and dimension without detracting from the image.  It is easy to get it right each time unlike wet embossing that can end up smudgy and undefined.  Bekkah loves her embossing and is going to pop over and play in the challenge.
