Celebrate

Welcome back to another challenge at Creative Knockouts.  Our theme this week is anything goes!  It is everyone's favorite, and I can't wait to see what you create.

I used Birthday Cupcake Fable from Faery Ink for my project this week.  She was colored with Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette.  Look at those huge, gorgeous eyes!  Love her!

Our sponsor this week is Di's Digis.  You have a chance to win a $12 gift certificate for the shop.  Click the badge below to pop over and take a look.

Maddie

Hello everyone.  This week at Crafty Gals Corner our challenge is to use your favorite color.  This time of the year, my favorite colors to use are fall colors.  But this little girl didn't really fit a fall theme, so I used my favorite color, blue, instead.

This is Maddie and she is from Beccy's Place.  She was colored with Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette.  I couldn't decide on an accent color, so I went with white for a crisp look.  I kept the design simple so I could add any sentiment I wanted once I know how I will use it.

Beccy's Place is our sole sponsor this week.  You have the chance to win three digital images or one digital set for playing along.  Click the badge below to pop over to her shop.

Autumn Friends

It is time for the new Crafty Sentiments challenge.  This week the challenge is anything goes!  That is everyone's favorite and we get so many wonderful entries.

I used this sweet stamp from the Teddy Jack - Father's Day set and colored it with fall colors.  This time of year is my favorite, but it is so very different in the south.  I miss the fall colors and the cool temperatures!  The leaf paper is from Dee Dee's Digis, which sadly has closed.  I colored this with Copic markers and fussy cut so I could get rid of as much white as possible to make this little scene.

You have a chance to win Crafty Sentiments images by playing along.  You don't have to use a Crafty Sentiments product on your project to win, but if you do and you are chosen, you win even more!  Plus, you can be considered for the Crafty Sentiments Favorite which also has a prize of 1 image.

I hope to see you there!

Tired of Shopping

Hello Rubbernecker fans!  It is time for our Sweet Sunday post and I have a project for you.

This is Violet and I love how stylish she is.  Those boots and that outfit!  Wow!  I used a sentiment as the main focus and mat it with black to make it pop.  This is a sneak peek of a brand new sentiment that is available at an expo and will be in the shop soon.  I colored Clover with Copic markers and fussy cut her, but she has a matching die that is available in the shop to make it easier to cut her out.

Please join us for our challenge!  You could win a gift certificate for the shop and you don't even have to use Rubbernecker products to play along.

Many Thanks

For my Rubbernecker Stamps feature, I chose to use Billy.  Did I mention that I love these cartoon kids?!

Billy was colored with Copic markers and I used the Nested Oval Small Stitched dies to cut him out and make a mat.  You can find both in the shop.  The sentiment is a Spellbinders die that came in my July die kit of the month and the border was from the August die kit of the month.

Don't forget to join in the fun over at our challenge.  You have a chance to win a gift certificate for the store.  New stamps are being added regularly, so you don't want to miss out.

Salty Seahorses

It is time for a new challenge and a new release at Sami Stamps.  Sami has done it again and come up with some of the sweetest images this month!

Aren't they just the cutest?!  Our challenge to you this month is to add sequins or pearls.  Here is my project!

I chose to use Flower Seahorse for my new release project.  It was colored with Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette Cameo.  I used some Viva Decor Pearl Pen on some of the accents around her head for an extra touch of pearls.  The background paper is from an awesome collection by Adrienne Looman called Ocean Melody.  It is available digitally on Snap Click Supply.  Every Wednesday is One Buck Wednesday.  They put a bunch of their collections on sale for $1!  I love One Buck Wednesday!

You can play along in the challenge to have a chance to win Sami Stamps prizes.  But you must use a Sami Stamps image to play along.  If you don't have one, there is usually a freebie in the shop.  Or you could pick up one of these cuties to use!

A Taste of Fall

The new challenge over at Fabrika Fantasy is starting today.  Our challenge for you is to add pearls or gems.  Even though this is the first day of September, it is still very warm and humid in our part of the country.  I am longing for the cool temperatures of fall so I went with fall colors for my card.

This is Young Marguerite and you can find her in the shop.  Even though she is wearing sandals and short leggings, I think she looks so great in these colors.  Besides...that's what everyone here in the south is wearing. =P  She was colored with Copic markers and I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut her out.

You have all month to play along in the challenge.  You don't have to use a Fabrika Fantasy image to play, but if you use one on your project, you will be entered in a special drawing just for those projects using a Fabrika Fantasy image.
