Hugs!!

Welcome back to another challenge at the Li'l Patch of Crafty Friends.  All of our challenges are anything goes so it is super easy to play along.

I used this super sweet image, Bear Hugs Teddy from the Jennifer Nilsson line at Miss Daisy Stamps.  Jennifer's images are all so adorable!  The teddy was colored with Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette Cameo.  The background paper and the sentiment were a panel on a sheet of scrapbooking paper.  I couldn't believe how perfect the colors and sentiment were for this project!

Our sponsors for this challenge are below.  Pop over to look at the shops and give them a little love for sponsoring the challenge.

Warm Winter Wishes

Hello everyone!  Welcome to the Crafty Gals Corner Blogiversary Blog Hop!  We have a ton of sponsor prizes to be won and some lovely eye candy for you to look at on the way.  We also have our anything goes challenge this week, so be sure to play along after you hop.  You should have come her from Lena's blog.  She always has something wonderful to look at, so I know you had a treat.  If you didn't come from Lena's blog, have no fear.  Just pop over to the Crafty Gals Corner blog to get started.

For my project I used Bundled Up Moose from Eureka Stamps.  I guess I was still in Christmas mode when I colored him.  I decided to go with more masculine colors and I think it works well for this moose.  He was colored with Copic markers.  The die I used was a Christmas present from my daughter.  She made me a happy mama!

The next stop on your hop will be Samantha's blog.  I have seen her project, and I am sure you will love it!!

So on to our sponsors!  Bear with me because there are quite a few of them.  You can click each badge to pop over to shop.

A Gift for You

It is my turn on the MoonFlower Blog and I have used the newest release, Gigi's Gift for my inspiration project.

Since I was posting after Christmas, I stayed away from Christmas colors to make her a fun birthday card.  I colored Gigi with Copic markers and cut her out using the Silhouette Cameo.  Her gift was colored using silver and gold Wink of Stella for some awesome shimmer!  The die was cut from some wonderful gold metallic paper that has so much shine in real life.  I wish you could see it for yourself.

Andreia is creating a brand new member to the MoonFlower family.  If you are curious, join the Moonflower Facebook group.  She will be releasing peeks there occasionally.  I can't wait to meet the new member!

Merry Christmas!

Hello and Merry Christmas!  If you don't celebrate Christmas, then I hope you are enjoying whatever holiday you celebrate at this time of the year!  Seems strange to be in a place where it is 71 degrees on Christmas.  This is our first year celebrating down south, and I am struggling to wrap my brain around it.

If you haven't visited the Rubbernecker Blog today, you need to.  The entire design team created a special Christmas project to share today.

For my project I used Mr. Stix for my main image, but I also used Watercolor Stripes for my background.  The sentiment is May the Joys and can be found in the shop as well.  Mr. Stix was colored with Copic markers and fussy cut.  I kept the embellishments simple on this one.

I hope you have a wonderful holiday filled with love and happiness.

Merry and Bright

Wow!  Can you believe Christmas is so close?!  Over on the Rubbernecker Stamps blog I shared another Christmas project.

This is Moose With Lights and he was colored using Copic Markers.  The sentiment can also be found in the Rubbernecker Stamps store.  I fussy cut the moose.  I really, really need to learn how to use my PixScan mat for my Silhouette!

Be sure to pop over to the blog on Christmas Day, because the entire team has created a Christmas project to share with you.

Here We Go A'Caroling

Whew!  It's a whirlwind week leading up to Christmas and it is time for another challenge at the Creative Knockouts.  This week the theme is Christmas Delight.

For my project, I used the Christmas Carolers set from Melonheadz designs.  I merged 5 of the carolers into one image to create this card.  They were colored with Copic markers and I used the Silhouette to cut them out.  The lamppost and the sentiment are also from the set.

Melonheadz is our sole sponsor and you could win one image bundle for playing along.  And let me tell you...they are jam packed!  Click on the badge below to wander through the shop and have a look.

Cocoa or Coffee?

Hello everyone!  Time for another Crafty Gals Corner challenge.  Every challenge this month is anything goes to keep it nice and simple during this crazy, crazy time of the year.

I used Cup of Cocoa by Star Stampz, however...I am a bit partial to coffee so I decided she was really drinking coffee and ran with it!  This little cutie was colored with Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette Cameo.  I also printed the sentiment using a Silhouette cut.  I popped in to see what was new in the store and saw the sentiment!  It was absolutely perfect for this image so I had to have it!  Good thing they are running a sale of all winter and Christmas cut files!

We have two fabulous sponsors for you this week.  Click the badges below to go shopping.

OMG!

Hello everyone.  It is time for a little Sami Stamps inspiration.  Sami is taking some time to spend with family so we are showcasing some of her winter images this week.  I used Chilly Bunny for my project.  This is pretty much the way I felt in winter.  Since moving south, it isn't quite as bad, but I was definitely cold today!

I went a bit CAS as I was running out of time, but I am happy with it.  The snowflakes actually are part of the image, but I spread them out a little bit.

Don't forget you can still join in on the stripes challenge.  You have the rest of the month to get a project featuring a Sami Stamps image linked up.

Stay warm and have a happy holiday season.

Pretty Poinsettias

Hello everyone!  It is my turn on the MoonFlower Blog and I am a bit late.  I somehow forgot that this post was due today.  Some weeks I seem to struggle with the time difference!  Sorry!

This is Gigi Poinsettia and she is available in the shop.  I found this poinsettia paper and I thought it was the perfect backdrop!  I colored Gigi Poinsettia with Copic markers and used the Silhouette Cameo to cut her out.  I used silver Wink of Stella on her lantern so it would have a touch of sparkle.  I kept the embellishments pretty simple since the pattern on the paper was so large.

You need to be sure to pop back in two weeks to see what we have for the new release!  I am sure you will love it.

A Star, a Star...

Hello everyone!  Have you started your countdown to Christmas?  Have you started to panic yet?!  I sure have!  In an effort to calm myself and get into the holiday spirit, I have been listening to Christmas music.  Not sure it is working, but hey...It was worth a shot!  One of my favorite carols is Do You Hear What I Hear? and this project made me think of that song.

Our challenge this week at the Crafty Gals Corner is anything goes.  All of our December challenges are anything goes to make it easy to play along.

I used Demera Star Angel from Faery Ink for my project.  She was colored with Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette Cameo.  I also cut the star card base using the Silhouette Cameo.  Demera's stars have a touch of gold Wink of Stella so that they have some gorgeous shimmer.

Faery Ink is our sols sponsor this week.  You have a chance to win 3 digital images from the shop.  If you haven't seen the recent releases, click the badge below so you can pop over to the shop and check them out.  You will be glad you did!

Why not take some time out of your Christmas panic...rush...and put together a crafty project to play with us.

Much Mistltoe-ing!

I just spent 24 hours driving.  Twelve hours each direction crammed into a three-day period.  Yes...I know... I am crazy.  What was even crazier is that I decided to listen to Christmas music about 1/3 of the way into the return trip.  I have decided that there are really only about 10 Christmas songs and at least 200 versions of each!  One of the other things I discovered is that mistletoe can be used as a verb!  The song "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" has a line that says 'There will be much mistletoe-ing...' Who knew?!

Anyway...over at the Crafty Sentiments Designs challenge blog, we have a new challenge for you.  The theme is anything goes.  It is nice and easy for the hectic holiday time.

I used Kissing Under the Mistletoe for my project.  This little girl was colored with Copic markers.  I love this color combo for Christmas, but I always forget to use it!  I remembered this time!

You have a chance to win some wonderful Crafty Sentiments Designs images for playing along.  If you are chosen the winner and you used a Crafty Sentiments stamp or digital image, you can win even more!  Check the badge below for more information.

Come play along before we take a break for the holidays!  We will be back in January for a new year of challenges.

Purrrrrfect!

Hello Rubbernecker fans!  This week I have a fun holiday card to share.  I am sure many of you can relate to this stamp!

A little over a year ago, we took in a tiny grey tabby kitten that apparently had been abandoned by his mom.  The intent was to take him to the shelter the next day, but he melted our hearts and we decided to keep him.  Fast forward to today and now the 12 pound tabby is into everything!  As soon as I saw this stamp, I saw the spirit of Christmas Future!  This is Tangled Kitty and it comes with the sentiment as well.

Pop over to the blog and check out what Keri has for you today.  The rest of the team has this week off for the holidays, but will be returning with more creations for you soon!
