Leilani

This week at the Crafty Gals Corner, we have an anything goes theme for you.  There are always so many gorgeous entries when we have an anything goes theme.  I am looking forward to seeing them all.

This is Leilani from Conie Fong.  She was so much fun to color with my Copic markers.  I used the Silhouette to cut her out.  I used some embossing to make the background pop.

We have two fabulous sponsors for you this week.  Click the badges below to visit each sponsor's shop.

This week at Crafty Sentiments Designs we have an anything goes challenge.  I know how you all love anything goes, so I am looking forward to seeing all of the gorgeous projects you link up!

I used Basket of Flowers for my project and colored it with Copic markers.  I fussy cut the stamp by hand so I could use the stitched rectangle die that fit the best.  She is popped up with a bit of fun foam for a little dimension.  The sentiment is a sweet mini clothespin that I found on clearance in Michael's dollar bin.

You have a chance to win Crafty Sentiments prizes this week.  If you use a Crafty Sentiments Designs product, you have the chance to win even more!

I hope you will play with us!

Strong Coffee and a Short Monday

It is time for another Rubbernecker Stamps Sweet Sunday post!  I put together this little creation for you!

This is Ethel with Coffee.  This is pretty much the way I feel until I get at least one cup down!  I colored Ethel with Copic markers and fussy cut her.  The sentiment is May Your Coffee and it is one of the newest stamps in the shop.  I stamped the Coffee Bean Background on the die and then stamped the sentiment over it.  Some embossing and small embellishments and it was done!

Come play in our challenge.  You don't have to use Rubbernecker Stamps products to win and you could win some cash for the store to purchase a few to start your collection!

Would you like to have a chance to learn about the new products and play with them before anyone else?!  Then why not take a shot at joining the Rubbernecker Stamps design team.  There is a design team call happening right now!  You can find out all of the details on the blog.  Would love to have you on the team with us!

Wish Big!

Hello Rubbernecker Stamps fans.  It is my day to be featured on the blog and I have this inspiration project for you.

This is Aby and she was colored with Copic markers.  I tried for a sparkly sequined dress, but it didn't go quite the way I imagined it, but she is still adorable anyway.  I fussy cut her and popped her onto a die.  I used the Best Friends Etc set for the sentiment and hand cut the banner.  Her wings and her want have Wink of Stella for just the right touch of shimmer and sparkle.

If you haven't played along in the challenge yet, you really should.  You could win a gift certificate to use in the shop.  You don't have to use a Rubbernecker Stamps product, but if you have some, we would definitely love to see them!

And have you heard?!  Rubbernecker Stamps is having a design team call!  How awesome is that!  You can pop over to the blog and read all about it!  Would love to have you on the team with us. =)

Pretty

It is time for another challenge at Creative Knockouts.  The challenge this week is Sew It Up.  We want to see stitching on your project whether it is real or faux.

For my project I used Spring Flower from Star Stampz.  I colored her using Copic markers and cut her out using my Silhouette Cameo.  I wanted to try something a little different for my sewing detail instead of just stitching around the edges of my paper.  I decided to string stitch some mini flowers together and use them like a banner on my card.  The banner has faux stitching, so it adds a little extra touch for the challenge.

Star Stampz has generously provided a prize of three images for the winner of the challenge.  You can click the badge below to pop over to the shop and look around.

Ball Dress

This week on the MoonFlower blog I have a bit of inspiration using Ashlee Faerie Ball Dress.  I bought her ages ago before I joined the MoonFlower design team and have only just felt like I could handle the challenge of coloring her.

I colored Ashlee with Copic markers and used the Silhouette to cut her out.  I found this gorgeous paper in my Snap Click Supply digital stash.  It is from Jodie Lee's Butterfly Garden collection.  I did a little distressing and kept the embellishments simple so she could be the main focus.  She also has a little clear Wink of Stella on her wings.

Have you heard?!  MoonFlower is sponsoring Kit and Clowder's monthly coloring class.  Alyce creates a markers class and a pencil class every month.  The class includes video tutorials for all of the techniques used on the image.  You get lifetime access to the class once purchased too!  If you purchase both classes, you even get a little bit of a discount.  You can see the images for the class in the shop here and here.  Kit and Clowder has a wonderful and supportive community on Facebook.  Stop on by and say hi to the "Clowdies"!

While you are on Facebook, stop in to the MoonFlower group and show us your gorgeous projects using a MoonFlower image.  I hope to see you there.

Dude!

I hope you all enjoyed the Crafty Gals Corner hop last week and meeting all of the new design team members!  But all good things must come to an end and we start a new challenge this week.  Our theme for you this week is Do It for the Dudes!  We want to see your male themed projects.

I used Pilot Duck from Sasayaki Glitter for my project.  I thought he was perfect for a little boy's birthday.  This sweet duck was colored with Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette Cameo.  The background paper is from the Bo Bunny Sunkissed collection that is available digitally on Snap Click Supply.

Do you have that one tool that you just had to have and have never opened the package?!  Or opened it and used it once?!  Ages and ages ago, I bought one of the Fastenators from EK Success.  I finally cut open the package and used it on this project!  I wonder how long it will be before I pull it out again! =P  I have included a picture of one below in case you have no idea what I am talking about.

Sand and Sun

Or beach or sea!  That is our challenge at Crafty Sentiments Designs for you this week.  We want to see one or more of those on your card this week.

I used Primrose - On the Seas for my project.  She is colored with Copic markers and cut out with the Silhouette.  I used an embossing folder for the waves and my cloud is actually a conversation bubble from Spellbinders.  I used some awesome glitter paper from Recollections for the cloud.  It doesn't shed and it is so sparkly!  The paper is from the Echo Park Splendid Sun collection that is available digitally from Snap Click Supply.

You can win some great Crafty Sentiments prizes for playing along.

Hope to see you there!

Best Friends

This week for my Rubbernecker Stamps Sweet Sunday post I pulled out Owen & Jeter.  I decided to make a little scene for this pair.

I colored the stamp using Copic markers and fussy cut it.  The paper I used for the sky came from the Echo Park Celebrate Spring collection that is available digitally from Snap Click Supply.  Digital paper is so much easier to store!  The hills are all scraps of different green papers I had in my basket.  The rain drops are actually petals of a rhinestone flower that I broke off because they were the perfect raindrop shape.  The flower only had three petals left since I had used the other half for the same thing on a different card.  This scene was just perfect for the rest of it.  I used the Best Friends Etc set for the sentiment and just stamped it directly on the patterned paper.

Don't forget to join in on our challenge.  You have the chance to win a gift certificate to use in the store.  With all of the new stamps and dies, you will have plenty to spend it on!

Very Best

Hello!  Welcome to my day to be featured on the Rubbernecker Stamps blog.  I have some bright, cheerful colors on my card for you today.

This is Clare and I thought she would look so adorable with these colors.  The are as bright and cheerful as her huge smile!  She was colored with Copic markers and fussy cut.  I have really got to make some time to figure out how to use the PixScan mat for my Cameo.  It would make life so much quicker and easier.  I used the Best Friends Etc set for the sentiment.  I layered some lace and ribbon and popped on this doily heart and called it done!

Don't forget to have a play in our challenges.  You have a chance to win cash to spend in the store and with the new dies and stamps being released, you don't want to miss out!

Aren't they just the cutest?!  I just had to color up Summer Flower Bee right away!

I think this card would make the sweetest friendship card.  Who wouldn't want to receive that swee smile in the mail?  This sweet bee was colored with Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette Cameo.  I printed the sentiment.

Summer Fun

Our challenge this week at Creative Knockouts is summer fun.  Our sponsor is our very own Kelly so we could choose any image from any artist this week for the challenge!  How exciting is that?!  I haven't had much time for my Saturated Canary digital stamps and they were feeling quite neglected, so I pulled one out and dusted it off for this challenge.

This is Hammock Time and she was colored with Copic Markers.  I used the Silhouette Cameo to cut her out.  I used a bit of gold Wink of Stella on the book bindings and the baubles hanging from the ends of the hammock ties.  Krista will be closing her shop soon, but she will be offering new digital stamps at Make It Crafty very soon.  She is also selling a subscription for a year's worth of digital stamps.  You can check out her website for more information.  I know she was getting ready to end the sale, so you might want to pop over as soon as you can.

Kelly has generously offered $25 and a Close to My Heart gift pack as the prize for this challenge.  So be sure to play along before the end of the challenge to have a chance to win.

Let's Hop!

In order to win any of the sponsor prizes this week, you need to comment on all of the blogs and collect each of the letters on the hop.  You must then return to the challenge blog and comment with the secret word!

This week at the Crafty Gals Corner we are having a blog hop to welcome all of our new teamies!  We love to celebrate and we want you to join along.  Our challenge is anything goes this week to make it super easy to play along.  We also have a fun game for you so make sure you read below to find out more!

My inspiration project this week uses Peony Maiden from MoonFlower Digistamps.  She is part of a series of flower maidens and each one of them is gorgeous!  She was colored with Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette Cameo.  She has a touch of gold Wink of Stella on the pearls in her hair.

MoonFlower Digistamps is our sole sponsor this week.  You have the chance to win a $10 gift certificate to spend in the shop.  Click the badge below to find all of those gorgeous flower maidens.

You should have popped by my blog from Noemi's blog.  I am sure she had something gorgeous for you to look at.  If you didn't start at the beginning of the hop, just pop back to the Crafty Gals Blog to start at the beginning.  I have also posted a list for you a down a little farther.  The next stop on the hop will be Samantha's blog.  She will have some MoonFlower goodness for you as well.
Oh yeah!  I almost forgot!  If you have been playing along from the beginning, you will want your letter!  Well...my letter is "T"!  You only have a few more letters to collect. =)
