This week at Meljen's Designs the challenge is to use green on your card. Well I think I went a bit green crazy. What do you think?
I created the large shamrock by printing 3 copies of the Stitched Country Heart freebie. I colored them and layered them to create the shamrock. I resized the heart just a little bit because it is tall and thin and I wanted the "leaves" to be a bit fatter. I used the large rhinestone to cover the overlapping points. The shamrock embellishments were created from the sentiment which is another freebie available here. I enlarged them, colored them with alcohol ink markers and cut them out to layer on the card. That is one definite advantage to digital stamps!!
The challenge this week at Wee Memories is also to use green so I am entering this card in that challenge as well.
Card measures 5.5" x 4.25"

Such a cute creation! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Wee Memories.
You may have gone a wee bit crazy with the green, but I am totally feeling it, and that's NO BLARNEY! Love all the green, the ribbon and lace. Thank you so very much for sharing a bit of your talent with us at Meljen's Designs this week.
