I chose to use the stamp Isobel - Flower Fairy for my project. Isn't that just the sweetest face? She is colored with Copic markers. I used a die from Paper Smooches Dots and Dashes set to create the border around the image. I have had the background paper forever and was so excited when I found it in my scrap box. I always color first and look for paper later. Sometimes it is really hard to find something that matches. Luckily, not this time! The lace I have used on this card is from Finland. Last October we went to visit our son who is currently living there. We found an amazing craft store with tons of this beautiful lace. I have been hoarding it since then, but finally brought myself to use a piece of it.
You have a chance to win some lovely Crafty Sentiments prizes, so I hope you will all come play along.
Cuttlebug Mania has a May Flowers challenge. Isobel loves flowers and is going to visit that challenge.
